2. Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Initial Reservation Period
    • If you’re not satisfied with the first instance of service delivery—such as an initial course module or design prototype—contact our support team within 48 hours of your initial access. We’ll review your request to see if it meets our criteria for a full or partial refund.
  2. Early Cancellation
    • In cases where no work has started on your project or you cancel within one business day of payment, you may be eligible for a full refund.
    • If any specific project milestones or partial course modules have already been delivered, refunds will be evaluated proportionately.

3. Requesting a Refund

  • Timeframe: All refund inquiries must be raised within two days of purchase or initial service activation, unless otherwise noted in your course agreement.
  • Required Details: Provide us with your purchase confirmation (order number, email used during enrolment) and, if you wish, a brief explanation of why you’re seeking a refund. We use this information to improve our offerings.
  • Processing: Once your refund is approved, we initiate the transaction within one business day. Your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the credit in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed Services: If an entire course, module, or service has already been delivered or concluded, refunds are not provided.
  • Policy Violations: If your account is closed for violating Skill-Curve policies or other applicable terms, no refund will be issued.
  • Partial Service Cycles: For recurring month-to-month services, unused days or partial service cycles do not qualify for refunds once a billing period has begun.
  • Project Milestones: Completed checkpoints or fulfilled milestones cannot be refunded, as they represent tangible progress or deliverables already received.

5. Updates and Modifications

  • We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time to keep pace with new programs, changing circumstances, or regulatory requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page and become effective immediately. If you continue using our services after revisions, it indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
